2. Extra Charges
Toll and parking are extra on all trips, at actuals.
Interstate permits are extra on outstation trips that cross state borders, at actuals.
Driver allowance is ₹800 per day on outstation trips.
Night charge applies on outstation trips when driving between 10 pm and 6 am.
3. How Km and Time Are Counted
Local packages are counted from pickup to drop. Outstation km are counted for the full trip, with a minimum of 300 km billed for each calendar day. Extra hours and km on local packages are charged at the rates above.
4. Payment
No advance payment is required. Pay half at pickup and the balance at the final drop, by cash or card.
5. Changes and Cancellation
Travel dates can be changed at no charge, subject to availability. There are no cancellation charges. Please inform us on WhatsApp as early as possible.
6. Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed on WhatsApp. Driver name, phone number and vehicle number are shared on WhatsApp or email after confirmation.
7. Passengers and Luggage
The number of passengers must not exceed the seating capacity of the booked Urbania. Please tell us your luggage count when booking so we can confirm space.
8. Conduct and Safety
Smoking and alcohol are not allowed inside the vehicle. The driver may refuse to continue if passengers ask him to break traffic laws or drive unsafely. Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged.
